Jason MacDonald began his professional career in New York City with stints at LaMama, Circle in the Square, Lincoln Centre, and opposite Frank Langella in the Roundabout Theatre Company production of The Tempest.

Jason is currently a recurring guest Star on the Fox Television comedy Welcome to Flatch (the US version of This Country) and will soon be seen as a Guest Star on the 450th episode of legendary CBS television drama NCIS Feature film credits include The Man from Toronto, Moonshot, The Accountant, Life As We Know It, The Family That Preys, Beacon Point, The Joneses, Pageant Material and the thriller 1st Summoning. Television credits include Sweet Magnolias, Bull, Dynasty, Miracle Workers, Bigger, Good Behaviour, The Inspectors, Kevin Probably Saves the World, Outcast, Born Again Virgin, Necessary Roughness, Drop Dead Diva, House of Payne, Single Ladies, Magic City, Witches of East End, Criminal Behaviour and as Grayson Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries.

 Jason is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, Actor’s Equity and ACTRA and is a voting member of the Television Academy (Emmys).
